Getting Started in 1-2-3

Thank you for purchasing a JAR-GON! We really appreciate your support in making the world plastic-free without having to compromise your milk tea/boba-loving tendencies.

1.

Wash and Dry

Thoroughly wash the glass jar, lid, and straw with soap and hot water. Put some dish soap on the straw cleaner to properly wash the straw. Once clean, either use a towel or air dry* the different parts.

2.

Use
*To avoid rusting, we recommend using a towel to hand dry the two parts of the lid.

Head to your favorite milk tea/boba shop. After  you order but before you pay, politely ask if they would be willing to fill your jar. If yes, they will take your jar and you should hold onto the lid and the straw.

On the rare occasion they deny your jar, you can do one of the following:

  1. Ask to see a manager and ask why they are unwilling to take your jar, but please be civil.

  2. Thank the cashier and leave the store, never to return again

  3. Use their plastic cup, but feel the guilt of using more plastic

In any case, please contact us to let us know if a store does NOT accept the jars, so we can add it to our BOYCOTT LIST

3.

Enjoy and Reuse

Once they are done making your tea, just screw on the lid, stick in the straw, and you are all set to drink.

When you are finished, simply start the process over by washing and drying your jar.
